Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition—unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request photos of the damage or defect to process your claim more quickly.
